Job summary

PT mHealthBank Rising Care in Jakarta is seeking a Growth Analyst to identify opportunities through performance analysis, market insights, and stakeholder discussions. You will lead growth initiatives end-to-end from sizing and planning to execution and evaluation.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop solutions, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Project Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or related roles.
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools, or AI-powered productivity tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis, market insights, and stakeholder discussions.
Lead growth initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity sizing and planning to execution and evaluation.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to develop solutions, align priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.
Evaluate initiative performance and determine whether to scale, optimize, or pivot based on the results.
Prepare regular business reviews, dashboards, and management presentations that clearly communicate performance, key findings, recommendations, and required actions.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and support strategic projects based on business priorities.
