Job summary

US TRAVEL ( UNLIMITED SERVICES ) is seeking a candidate to manage day-to-day operations for group quotations on domestic and international routes. You will prepare itineraries for all group requests and craft creative, innovative itineraries.

The role includes presenting to clients when needed and may involve leading or supporting groups as a tour leader. A minimum of vocational tourism education and 2 years in MICE operations with GDS experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Vocational High School in Tourism or DI-IV.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the MICE (Quotation - Operation) field.
• Able to operate GDS (Galileo and Altea) for at least checking flight schedules.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, especially Word and Excel.
• Focused, meticulous, neat, and responsible.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Day by day operation for group quotation both domestic and international routing
• Preparing itinerary for all group request
• Creative and innovation for creating new itineraries
• Doing presentation to clients when needed
• Becoming tour leader or runner in a group when needed.
