Job summary

Marriott International / Courtyard is seeking a Management-level sales & marketing professional to proactively solicit and manage group and catering opportunities at our Bandung property. You will upsell opportunities, close contracts, and ensure seamless handovers for service delivery, driving loyalty and revenue growth across the account.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new group/catering opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
• Uses negotiating skills to close on business and negotiate contracts.
• Provides excellent customer service and drives customer loyalty throughout each program/event.
