Responsibilities

• Identify new group/catering opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
• Close opportunities for the property based on market conditions and needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty throughout each client experience.
• Coordinate with Event Booking Center and operations to ensure proper turnover and service delivery.
