Job summary

PT. Golden Wei Culinary's Bund House – Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant in Jakarta Selatan, SCBD, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our front desk team and deliver exceptional guest service.

You will greet guests, answer and direct calls, manage the reception area, and maintain the visitor sign-in/sign-out log with professionalism. The ideal candidate is well groomed, has excellent communication skills, and can interact with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist/front desk experience in hospitality.
• Experience in Food & Beverages will be prioritized.
• Must speak English; Mandarin speakers prioritized.
• Well groomed and professional in appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
• Manage the reception area, keeping it neat and stocked at all times.

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Bund House - Fine Dining Chinese Restaurant in Jakarta Selatan, SCBD.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming all visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members

Managing the reception area and ensuring it is neat, tidy and well-stocked at all times

Maintaining the visitor sign-in/sign-out log

Any other duties as requested by the management team

Requirement :

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry

Have experience in Food and Beverages field will be prioritized

Must be able to Speak English

Ables to speak in Mandarin will be prioritized

Well groomed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people

Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding guest experience

Proficient in using standard office equipment and software applications, such as Microsoft Office

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude
