Job summary

Landscape Alliance seeks a Finance Officer – Grants to deliver high-quality financial management for restricted grants from Bogor, Indonesia. Based in the Bogor office, you will work with the Finance Unit and other units to ensure donor compliance and accurate reporting.

You will oversee budgets, prepare financial reports, monitor project expenditures, and support audits, ensuring full cost recovery and sound internal controls in line with CIFOR-ICRAF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight for restricted grants and donor reporting.
• Monitor donor receivables/payables and project cash-flow.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and respond to queries.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and CIFOR-ICRAF standards.
