Job summary

Brac International is seeking a Finance Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to manage office finances, payroll, and budget reporting. The role collaborates with HR, programme teams and external service providers to ensure accurate financial operations and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate payroll, monitor tax and BPJS contributions, and support annual financial reporting to BRAC Finance and Indonesian authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, financial reporting, and expenditure analysis.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office financial management and reporting, including bank accounts and petty cash.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance in Indonesia.
• Support in-country budget preparation, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with BRAC policies, donor requirements, and Indonesian regulations.
