Job summary

Konservasi Indonesia (KI) is hiring a Finance & Grants Manager in Jakarta to oversee grants under the TFCCA program. The role covers budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with grantees and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel. Willingness to work with multiple partners across Indonesia is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in related work.
• Experience in conservation programs or NGO sector.
• Proven program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with grantees and government agencies.
• Coordinate grant agreements between KI Foundation and grantees.
• Oversee grant administration from proposals to fund disbursement.
• Ensure clear communication between TFCCA and grantees.
• Lead monitoring and evaluation of financial reporting by grantees.
• Coordinate grant closeout reports and records management.
• Prepare financial reports for annual audits.
