Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific seeks a Grant Coordinator to provide dedicated coordination across the grant lifecycle for the KITA SEHAT program in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will ensure timely, well-documented grant management, contract amendments, and close-out, while strengthening internal systems and donor compliance.

The role reports to the Procurement & Admin Manager and requires independence, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience in grant management of donor-funded programs or related field.
• Experience managing the grant lifecycle, including grant application review, selection, due diligence, contracting, payments, monitoring, amendments, reporting, and close-out.
• Experience monitoring grantee performance, compliance, deliverables, expenditure, and reporting requirements.
• Good knowledge of grant compliance, financial management, and documentation requirements.
• Skilled in writing RFPs and selection reports for competitive procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end grant management processes from identifying opportunities through close-out.
• Coordinate grant selection processes including applicant communication, evaluation, due diligence, and documentation of decisions.
• Prepare, review and finalise grant agreements, amendments, extensions, budget revisions and variations.
• Build partner capacity in reporting, financial management, internal controls, fraud prevention and donor compliance.
• Work with technical teams to monitor activities, milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements; follow up on issues.
• Review grantee reports and payment requests; coordinate payment processing with Finance.
• Ensure efficient use of grant funds, manage liabilities, and support audits and reviews.
• Maintain and update the KITA SEHAT Grant Manual, templates, tools, and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to program staff on grant administration and compliance.
• Manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision and proactive coordination.
