Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled MIS Coordinator to lead the development, rollout and ongoing management of a MIS for the KITA SEHAT program in Jakarta. You will bridge the program and provider, turning business needs into clear system specifications and ensuring data quality for reports to DFAT and the Indonesian government.

You will work independently and with program leads to ensure timely data entry, dashboards, and knowledge products that support MEL and donor reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of business analysis or consulting experience managing stakeholder requirements.
• Experience with data collection tools and project management tools (QuickBase, SharePoint, KoboToolBox, Survey Monkey).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and deliver dashboards.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian.
• Familiar with low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Oracle APEX or QuickBase.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS development with the provider, including manuals, dashboards and training materials.
• Serve as liaison between the program and the MIS provider, translating needs into functional specs.
• Design and deliver MIS training to program staff.
• Support data entry, quality checks and issue resolution in the MIS.
• Maintain real-time KPI/EOPO tracking for donor reporting.
• Collaborate with MEL to integrate program data into the MIS.
• Develop annexes for progress reports demonstrating EOPO and KPI achievement.
• Develop and update dashboards within the MIS and on the program website.
• Maintain safeguarding MIS modules and reporting.
• Administer MIS access and configuration; coordinate enhancements with the provider.
• Lead program knowledge management and archiving of outputs.
