Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific Pty Ltd invites applications for an MIS Coordinator in Jakarta to lead MIS development for the KITA SEHAT program, coordinating with the selected MIS provider and the MEL unit. The role translates business needs into system requirements and delivers dashboards, briefs and reports to support donor reporting.

The successful candidate will work independently with program leads, provide technical oversight during data entry, and continuously improve the MIS to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in MIS/CS or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of business analysis/consulting experience.
• Experience with QuickBase, SharePoint, KoboToolBox, SurveyMonkey.
• Experience with data query/reporting and dashboard visualization.
• Strong written and verbal English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Familiar with low-code platforms (PowerApps, Oracle APEX, QuickBase).

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS development with the provider, create user manuals, dashboards and training packs.
• Gather and document requirements, translate into functional specs, review deliverables.
• Design and deliver MIS training to program staff.
• Support data entry and ensure data quality across the MIS.
• Maintain real-time KPI/EOPO tracking for donor reporting.
• Collaborate with MEL to integrate data and develop progress annexes.
• Develop and update dashboards within the MIS and on the KITA SEHAT site.
• Maintain safeguards and admin of MIS, including access control and enhancements.
• Lead knowledge management and ensure archiving of outputs.
