Job summary

PT Leap Digital Indonesia seeks a Network Lead to manage and support a high-density GPU data centre network. You will oversee InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics, spine-leaf topologies, and segmentation networks to ensure optimal performance for compute workloads.

The role requires 7–11 years in data centre networking, hands-on experience with high‑performance fabrics, and strong routing knowledge (BGP/OSPF). You will coordinate maintenance windows, security controls, and vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in data centre networking or related infra.
• Hands-on work with GPU/HPC networking environments.
• Experience with InfiniBand and RoCE-based networking and fabric management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support high-performance network fabrics interconnecting GPU compute infrastructure.
• Manage fabric topology, congestion control, link health, and performance.
• Monitor health indicators, identify issues, and drive remediation.
• Support spine-leaf fabrics, overlay networks, routing, and segmentation.
• Work with EVPN/VXLAN, BGP, OSPF, and related DC networking tech.
• Coordinate maintenance, changes, and incident resolution across the GPU platform.
• Upgrade firmware, perform configuration, and validate hardware connectivity.
• Validate cabling, optics, and DAC/AOC connections for reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for complex incidents.
• Contribute to network security policy implementation and access controls.
