Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with DWDM, OTN, and IP/MPLS in core/metro networks.
• Perform optical link budget calculations and dispersion analysis.
• Coordinate fiber deployment and ROW activities for fiber rollout.
• Experience with field deployment, testing, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design core transport network topologies using DWDM, OTN and IP/MPLS architectures.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of transmission equipment from vendors.
• Monitor network health and lead rapid restoration efforts to meet MTTR targets.
• Configure protection schemes and ensure accurate network documentation.
