Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale data center infrastructure design, construction, or senior operations.
• Expert in data center design, electrical systems, HVAC, and physical cabling.
• Proficient in electrical distribution system design, HV/LV, transformers, generators, HVDC, and MDC.
• Experience with high-density AI workloads and power capacity management.
• Knowledge of chilled water, DX cooling, and immersion cooling technologies.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, technical exchanges, and proposal formulation for large-scale data center infrastructure.
• Orchestrate end-to-end solutions from site selection and blueprint reviews to construction supervision
• Lead conceptual design and technical exchanges with clients
• Drive high-level engagement and technical matchmaking with client executives
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) to assist sales teams in quoting
• Oversee testing and commissioning (T&C), including full-load dummy load testing
• Provide governance for BMS, DCIM, VESDA, and gas fire suppression
• Optimize space layout and rack deployment for self-built and colocation data centers
• Design electrical distribution systems including HV/LV, UPS, diesel generators, and PDU deployment

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Building Environment & Energy Application Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields
