Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking an L2 Engineer to own incident tickets from escalation to hardware-level resolution in a large-scale GPU cloud. The role operates onsite 24x7 and requires hands-on fault diagnosis across GPU compute, liquid cooling, network fabric, and server infrastructure.

You will document root-cause analyses, manage changes through CAB, and coordinate formal escalations to L3/OEM with complete evidence. Strong RCA writing and vendor escalation experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data center / infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with GPU servers / HPC clusters.
• Strong GPU diagnostics: nvidia-smi, PCIe/NVLink, thermal and power analysis.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems including CDU and secondary loop.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA InfiniBand and converged networking.
• Proven RCA documentation and technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-depth fault diagnosis and hardware-level resolution across the full infrastructure stack, including GPU server faults, liquid-cooling anomalies, and enterprise networking.
• Authors Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for every incident with timelines and preventive recommendations.
• Governs infrastructure changes through the CAB and coordinates change activities and verification.
• Initiates formal escalation to L3/OEM with complete evidence packages when needed, retaining ticket ownership.
• Maintains firmware/driver baseline compliance and monitors OEM notices with backup retention.
• Supports knowledge transfer through shadowing of IOH operational counterparts.
