Job summary

Lintasarta seeks an experienced L3 Engineer – GPU Infrastructure Specialist to join on-site at Jakarta/Karawang customer sites. This full-time, project-based contract role requires leading complex GPU server and HPC infrastructure investigations, OEM escalation management, and deep fault analysis.

Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English are required, with Mandarin a plus. You will mentor junior engineers, drive root-cause analyses, and contribute to operational readiness and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in Information Systems, Telecommunications Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Center operations, infrastructure engineering, enterprise infrastructure support or HPC environments.
• Hands-on experience with GPU servers, HPC clusters and enterprise data center infrastructure.
• Strong experience working with OEM vendors and managing high-priority escalations.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents beyond L2 resolution scope, including firmware-level failure analysis, NVLink/PCIe fabric anomalies, deep XID and ECC investigations, and OEM-specific diagnostics.
• Manage the complete OEM escalation lifecycle, including evidence collection, technical analysis, vendor engagement, tracking, and resolution closure.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents and complex cross-stack failures.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for NVIDIA GPU platforms, InfiniBand networking, enterprise servers, storage systems, and liquid-cooling infrastructure.
• Lead technical investigations involving CDU and secondary loop cooling systems, server hardware, and high-performance networking fabrics.
• Produce detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, technical recommendations, and preventive action plans.
• Participate in governance and technical review meetings to advise on infrastructure risks, service improvements, and operational readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation, escalation playbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for operational teams.
• Mentor L1 and L2 engineers and support technical capability development across the operation.
