Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive TikTok Shop performance, grow GMV, and expand the affiliate network. You will recruit, activate, and train affiliates, work with marketing and KOL teams, and manage MCN partnerships to optimize content and revenue.

The role requires strong data analysis, negotiation skills, and leadership to guide the affiliate team toward top performers. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused position in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Affiliate at meaningful scale.
• Experience with a brand that has 500+ active affiliates is highly preferred.
• Strong network and experience with MCNs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Affiliate sales performance: grow GMV and revenue, prioritize SKUs, campaigns, and creator segments.
• Recruit and activate high-potential affiliates and advance them through stages to top performers.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, and KOL teams to identify winning hooks and creator archetypes.
• Build and manage MCN partnerships: negotiate structures, commissions, incentives, and evaluate performance.
• Lead and develop the Affiliate Team at SPV level: set KPIs, coach, and strengthen recruitment, activation, reporting, and creator management.
