Job summary

PT JAC Consulting Indonesia seeks a General Manager (2W) to lead the two-wheeler automotive business unit across Sumatera Selatan and Bengkulu. You will drive sales, after-sales performance, dealer network development, and regional expansion while managing leasing, logistics, and a robust marketing strategy.

The role requires 5–7 years of leadership in automotive and retail, with a track record of achieving sales targets, market growth, and cross-functional team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, marketing or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, distribution, or general management, preferably in automotive and retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, market share growth, and dealer network expansion.
• Strategic leadership with ability to inspire and develop cross-functional teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen including P&L management, ROI analysis, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Formulate masterplan to accelerate 2W growth with targets for market share, network expansion, and profitability.
• Design regional expansion strategy through opening new branches, fleet and institutional markets, and user communities.
• Set multi-dimensional sales targets with KPIs cascading to frontline level.
• Develop strategic leasing partnerships to accelerate credit approval and expand market access.
• Direct integrated promotion and marketing mix (ATL, BTL, Digital, Community Activation) to strengthen Yamaha positioning.
• Optimize logistics and inventory based on demand forecasting to avoid overstock or lost sales.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Sales, Promotion, Logistics, Leasing, After Sales, Spare Parts, Data Analyst).
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews for evaluation and strategic calibration.
• Manage dealer and sub-dealer networks with uniform standards and clear KPIs.
• Oversee after-sales services to deliver superior customer experience with fast service and availability of parts.
