Job summary

PT Evo Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an experienced Exim Section Head to lead export-import operations from Palembang. You will oversee shipment planning, customs clearance, and delivery coordination while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise the Exim team, optimize logistics costs, and coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and government agencies. A strong background in customs procedures and international shipping documents is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export-import procedures, and international shipping documentation.
• Familiar with customs clearance processes and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Willing to be based in Palembang, South Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise export-import activities, including shipment planning, customs clearance, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations, international trade policies, and import-export documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant government agencies.
• Monitor shipment schedules, logistics costs, and delivery performance.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of export-import documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and control logistics costs.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the Exim team.
