Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking an Export-Import Specialist in Jakarta to manage end-to-end cross-border operations with a focus on timely, compliant shipments. You will oversee documentation, HS codes, COO, and licenses to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth cargo flows.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal to maintain permits and engage with customs authorities and vendors, supporting efficient export-import processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HS codes, COO requirements, and import/export permits.

Responsibilities

• Manage export and import operations to ensure smooth, timely processes with regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate delivery and shipment of raw materials, packaging, and related goods.
• Handle customs clearance and documentation, permits, and licenses.
• Determine HS Codes and COO accuracy for proper classification and compliance.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal to manage import license letters and requirements.
• Maintain relationships with government ministries, customs authorities, and external vendors.
