Job summary

PT Jingdong Industrials Indonesia seeks a senior Customs & Trade Compliance professional to optimize import/export processes, reduce delays with AI-driven workflows, and standardize operations across borders.

You will help build a global customs knowledge base, refine HS code rules, manage risk and emergency response, coordinate with brokers and freight forwarders, and monitor policy changes to keep our international supply chains compliant and resilient.

Qualifications

• Customs Process Optimization & Operation Management: optimize import/export declarations and streamline processes.
• Customs System & Knowledge Development: build global compliance systems and HS code knowledge.
• Risk Prevention & Emergency Response: establish risk management and response plans.
• External Collaboration & Relationship Maintenance: coordinate with customs, brokers, and forwarders.
• Policy Research & Strategy Adjustment: monitor policy changes and adjust procedures for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Customs Process Optimization & Operation Management: optimize import/export declarations, leverage digitalization and AI to enhance efficiency.
• Customs System & Knowledge Development: build a global customs knowledge and compliance digital system, refine import/export standards in SEA, Japan, Korea, Australia.
• Risk Prevention & Emergency Response: establish a customs risk management mechanism, monitor policy changes, assess risks, and develop response plans.
• External Collaboration & Relationship Maintenance: foster relationships with customs, brokers, and freight forwarders; coordinate resources to resolve clearance issues.
• Policy Research & Strategy Adjustment: monitor global customs policy and industry regulation changes, analyze impacts on business, and adjust strategies/procedures.
