You will own end-to-end recruitment, provide market insights, optimize postings and employer branding, and drive data-driven decisions while ensuring compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate environments.
• Experience in Indonesia and across SEA.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong assessment and interviewing skills; recruitment marketing expertise.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide recruitment consulting and partner with hiring managers on strategy.
• Develop market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Manage full lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Lead candidate sourcing, pipelines, and EVP messaging.
• Ensure data-driven decisions and process adherence.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders across SEA.
