Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead strategic hiring for professional and frontline roles in Indonesia. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to design recruitment plans, improve time-to-fill, and ensure a positive candidate experience across multiple markets.

You will drive data-driven decisions, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with local laws while managing the full lifecycle from requisition to offer.

Qualifications

• 7+ Years of Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a corporate environment.
• Recruitment experience primarily within Indonesia and across SEA countries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Recruitment Expertise: solid understanding of assessment methodologies and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Consulting, Advisory & Partnership with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Candidate Sourcing, Attraction, and Engagement to build strong pipelines.
• End-to-End Recruitment Process Management & Execution from requisition to offer.
• Data-Driven Recruitment, Compliance & Continuous Improvement using metrics.
• Process Adherence and Data Management in ATS and CRM systems.
• Specialized responsibilities balancing professional and frontline hiring.
