You will drive sourcing strategies, employer branding, and data-driven decisions while ensuring compliance with global and local policies.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience managing full recruitment lifecycle in a corporate environment.
• Experience recruiting in Indonesia and across SEA markets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies; strong Excel/Office skills.

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and craft recruitment plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates across channels.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with local and global policies.
• Balance professional and frontline hiring through strategic pipelines and high-volume processes.
