Job summary

B2BE is seeking a Software Integration Analyst to bridge software integration,业务 analysis, and project management for international clients from Surabaya, Indonesia. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, EDI/ERP environments, and effective communication in English to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in software integration, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, or related technology environments.
• Experience managing or leading projects, preferably involving technology implementation or system integration.
• Fluent spoken and written English for international client communication.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client projects from initial scoping through implementation and final invoicing.
• Work with clients to understand business requirements, processes, and integration needs, and translate them into clear project requirements.
• Participate in solution design, system integration, testing, and project delivery to ensure solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and in full.
• Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to implement and integrate business systems.
• Manage client communication, expectations, requirements, and project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow established policies and best practices when defining and implementing project requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution of issues identified during testing or implementation.
• Understand and apply relevant connectivity and integration protocols based on project requirements.
• Support clients throughout testing and implementation, providing clear communication and guidance on technical or functional issues.
