Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DMS or SFA implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and structured thinking with expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution specifications, functional documentation, and system configurations, with an understanding of system integrations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders; proficient in Jira
