Job summary

Integrity Asia in Indonesia seeks a Business Development Analyst who translates business needs into clear specifications and supports application development and testing. You will work with stakeholders to validate requirements and drive improvements across products and processes.

The role requires 2-3 years in business analysis or product analysis, experience in agile environments, and strong communication with IT, UI/UX, and QA teams. Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role with requirements gathering, specification writing, and UAT.
Experience in a product or technology department, preferably digital applications or software.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT Development, UI/UX, and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Experience in screening, HR technology, or related services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, needs, workflows, and challenges; translate into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify opportunities to improve applications and processes through new features, technologies, and AI-powered solutions; document Change Requests.
