Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a competent professional to identify user needs and map them into effective business processes in Jakarta. The role involves coordinating system development schedules with the Head of Software Solutions and ensuring alignment with user requirements.

You will provide alternative solutions, arrange documentation, verify data reliability, and contribute to overall project quality within the Software Solutions team.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) or University student (6th semester) in Computer Studies.
• Min. 1–4 years working experience.
• Special Skills: Business Process Management, SDLC Tools, UI/UX, User Requirement Management, Data Processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify the user’s need and available business process.
• Submit system development schedule to the Head of Software Solutions.
• Monitor the system development schedule and ensure alignment with user requirements.
• Provide alternative solutions and modifications needed to fulfill user requirements.
• Arrange documentation analysis and design according to user’s need.
• Confirm overall content to user before completion of the application system development.
• Submit input for troubleshooting in the system development application.
• Analyze and verify data reliability to support the system development application.
