Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Settlement Operation Team Leader to oversee the local Operations, Trading, and Customer Service teams, serving as the essential link to regional management and ensuring high operational quality. You will monitor performance, ensure regulatory awareness, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience in fast-paced financial services, strong cross-cultural communication, and a track record of driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in operations management, team leadership, or site coordination.
• Experience in fintech, CFD/Forex, financial services, or BPO preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of local Operations, Trading and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor performance, run quality checks, and report KPIs to regional leadership.
• Coordinate cross-country activities and manage timely escalations.
• Ensure regulatory awareness and adherence to local financial regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes across functions.
• Lead, develop and motivate diverse teams across multiple functions.
