Deutsche Bank AG Indonesia seeks a Heads of TSCO to lead a team of 11 in settlement and documentation for IB businesses, including Money Market and regulatory adherence. The role focuses on strategic system changes, risk control, and collaboration with global delivery teams to align with APAC standards, while maintaining strong governance and regulator liaison.

The ideal candidate will have treasury product expertise, exceptional leadership, and the ability to work under pressure within a hybrid

Qualifications

• University degree and relevant treasury experience
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives (CCS, IRS)
• Ability to lead virtual global teams and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure processing per Key Operating Procedures and timeliness standards
• Manage and lead day-to-day processing and exception handling in Global Market products
• Identify and manage operational risks; escalate when required
• Drive Local and Regional projects in technology, processes and people
• Continuous productivity improvements per prescribed standards
• Uphold group and company values at all times
• Ensure compliance with in-country and group policies
• Promote usage of technology and AI tools to improve cost per trade and scalability
