Job summary

Hexagon Mining seeks a Global Services Platform Lead for APAC, based in Balikpapan, Indonesia. This role oversees administration, development, and governance of critical business platforms for our Service & Support teams.

As part of a globally distributed team, you will own the Discovery App and AKMS platforms, design Power Apps solutions, and maintain Dataverse models, while creating training materials for end users and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering/Business
• 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Experience with knowledge management systems desirable
• Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) desirable
• Ability to work independently with global stakeholders
• Indonesian working rights

The Position: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital, we are seeing to recruit a Global Services Platform Lead for our APAC region. Based in Balikpapan, Indonesia this role will join a global team, responsible for the administration, development and governance of critical business platforms for our Service & Support teams.

As a region representative your role will be broad covering a range of duties inclusive of user administration support and training, governance, and compliance, data integrity, application development & release management plus a range of other duties that will evolve as our business continues to grow.

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Serve as the primary owner of the Discovery App and AKMS platforms.
• Manage Discovery App configuration and business rules.
• Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
• Administer AKMS content structure, taxonomy, and metadata.
• Maintain Dataverse data models and relationships.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.

As part of a globally distributed team, this role requires a high level of autonomy and self-direction. You’ll be empowered to make decisions, manage priorities, and drive initiatives independently while collaborating across time zones and cultures.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Power App developer/Software Developer with a background in supporting business on the administration of enterprise business applications, ideally from initial concept through to roll out and end user support.

Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Prior experience working with knowledge management systems within a global operations would be desirable
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 preferred), would be desired
• Ability to operate independently, maintain accountability, and deliver outcomes to the required standard
• Ability to build cohesive and collaborative relationships in a global cross functional stakeholder group
• Proven success in collaborating in a customer centric, solution focused engagement
• Valid Indonesian working rights
