Job summary

Deswik, a Sandvik company, is seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver enterprise software solutions and ongoing support for global mining operations from Jakarta. You will work with experienced consultants and customers to ensure high-quality delivery and value.

Ideal applicants have a Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related fields, 3 years' experience, and strong English/ Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, data analytics or a related discipline.
• 3 years' experience (including internships or graduate roles).
• Interest in enterprise software, data analytics, or system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions.
• Troubleshoot system, database and integration issues using SQL and diagnostic tools.
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Assist with system integrations, APIs and data pipelines.
• Provide support for software upgrades, testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
• Manage and resolve support tickets with clear communication and documentation.
• Deliver basic training sessions and walkthroughs for customers.
• Develop and maintain system and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including demos, templates and prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions, processes and delivery.

What You'll Do
