Job summary

Hubexo Indonesia is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data‑driven decisions across our commercial function. You will blend analytics, forecasting and pricing strategy to enable stronger revenue growth and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and leadership across markets, develop revenue models, maintain forecasts and implement AI‑powered workflows using CRM and BI tools to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics or similar.
• Strong data-driven decision making and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience.
• Experience with CRM/BI platforms and multi-market analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the analytical foundation supporting Revenue Operations and commercial decision‑making.
• Analyse complex, fragmented data sources and establish reliable views of commercial performance.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, commercial models and performance analysis.
• Analyse TAM, market penetration, customer value, LTV/CAC and other key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Lead AI-powered workflows and automation to improve efficiency and output quality.
