Hubexo Indonesia is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive data‑driven decisions across our commercial function. You will blend analytics, forecasting and pricing strategy to enable stronger revenue growth and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and leadership across markets, develop revenue models, maintain forecasts and implement AI‑powered workflows using CRM and BI tools to deliver measurable value.
At Hubexo, we connect the construction market to help the world build better. Our unique data, insights and software solutions help customers in the construction industry sell more, improve efficiency and build more sustainably.
As Hubexo continues to transform its global commercial organisation, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to help strengthen how we use data, analytics and technology to drive commercial performance.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in Hubexo's commercial transformation, providing the analytical insight, commercial modelling and operational structure needed to support better revenue decisions across the business. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can move comfortably between data, commercial strategy and execution.
You will work with complex and disparate data sources to develop revenue intelligence, identify commercial opportunities, improve forecasting and support pricing and customer-value decisions.
Beyond analytics, you will help shape and scale AI-powered Revenue Operations processes, identifying opportunities to automate manual work and improve the speed, consistency and quality of commercial decision‑making.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, challenging existing approaches and influencing senior stakeholders across a global organisation.
Own and develop the analytical foundation supporting Revenue Operations and commercial decision‑making.
Analyse complex, fragmented data sources and establish reliable views of commercial performance.
Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, commercial models and performance analysis.
Analyse TAM, market penetration, customer value, LTV/CAC and other key commercial metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Identify trends, risks, performance gaps and opportunities, and translate them into clear business recommendations.
Develop frameworks and analytical approaches that enable consistent, data-driven commercial decisions.
Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, robust and suitable for senior leadership decision‑making.
Support pricing and revenue strategy through data-driven analysis and modelling.
Evaluate commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, customer value and profitability.
Provide analytical support for pricing decisions, commercial initiatives and strategic planning.
Support the development and evaluation of sales commission and incentive structures.
Challenge assumptions and provide an objective, data-led perspective on commercial decisions.
Act as a trusted analytical partner to Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance and Commercial leadership.
Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations that senior stakeholders can understand and act upon.
Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases and commercial insights.
Work across functions and markets to ensure alignment on commercial metrics, definitions and performance.
Proactively identify business questions that can be answered through better data and analysis rather than simply responding to reporting requests.
Lead the identification of opportunities to use AI and automation across Revenue Operations.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows that reduce manual analytical work and improve output quality.
Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and other emerging AI technologies to improve analytical productivity.
Develop structured and repeatable processes for areas such as forecasting, commercial analysis, reporting and commission evaluation.
Evaluate new AI capabilities and determine where they can create measurable business value.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and smarter ways of working across Revenue Operations.
Contribute to broader initiatives designed to improve Hubexo's commercial operating model.
Establish scalable processes, frameworks and analytical standards across Revenue Operations.
Support the development of a more data-driven commercial culture across the organisation.
Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects involving pricing, revenue, sales performance, customer value and commercial efficiency.
Continuously assess existing processes and recommend improvements based on data, technology and business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
5+ years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, Commercial Strategy, Pricing, Finance, Management Consulting or a similar analytical/commercial function.
Strong track record of using data and analysis to influence commercial or strategic business decisions.
Advanced Excel skills with strong experience in financial and commercial modelling.
Strong understanding of commercial performance metrics and business drivers.
Ability to work with complex, incomplete and disparate datasets and turn them into reliable insights.
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interest in AI, automation and technology-enabled business transformation.
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing or Commercial Strategy within a SaaS, technology or subscription‑based business.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, NRR and retention.
Experience working in a global or multi‑market organisation.
Experience working with CRM, BI or commercial analytics platforms.
Hands‑on experience implementing AI-powered workflows or automation.
Experience working with senior commercial leadership or executive stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a global commercial organisation and help shape how Hubexo uses data, technology and AI to drive better business decisions.
You’ll work at the intersection of commercial strategy, revenue operations, analytics and AI, with the opportunity to influence how we manage revenue, improve processes and scale our commercial operations across markets.
