Job summary

Fasdeli Group in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a motivated business development professional to expand remittance and foreign exchange solutions. You will build key customer relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals while maintaining market knowledge.

You will establish partnerships with enablers, manage ongoing partnerships, and collaborate with the digital team to align activities with company objectives, while ensuring compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in remittance sales and/or forex/treasury or relationship management in banking.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Mandarin language ability (HSK 4) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential within the company and externally.
• Establish and build partnerships with trusted enablers/aggregators.
• Manage relationships and collaborations with existing partners and customers.
• Develop domestic and international remittance businesses.
• Prepare reports on business analysis and development.
• Collaborate with the digital team weekly, monthly, and quarterly to align activities with company values and objectives.
• Ensure all activities comply with Bank Indonesia regulations (PBI).
