Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support hyperscale data center environments.

You will provide administrative support to the project management team, including documentation, escalation, financial modeling, reconciliations and reporting. The role sits within the Project Management function and covers end-to-end project management activities from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Act as systems administrator of the internet-based project tracking system and related tools.
• Respond to inquiries about performance reports and project data; escalate as needed.
• Assist with execution, monitoring and adherence of project administrative practices.
• Provide internal and external client training on software applications.
• Assist with close-out procedures.
• Train new administrative staff on policies and administration.
• Prepare routine and special client reports.
• Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Ensure the quality of own work and meet deadlines.
• Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives.
• Exchange straightforward information and check for understanding.
