CBRE invites an experienced Construction Manager to lead all site construction activities for upcoming data center projects in Jakarta. You will oversee earthworks to external works, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, and drive safety and quality across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management, preferably in mission-critical environments, with a strong background in HSE leadership and stakeholder coordination.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of construction management experience, ideally in data center environments.
• Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH / IOSH) and demonstrable HSE leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all site construction activities for data center projects (earthworks, foundations, concrete, architectural, external works).
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and industry standards.
• Proactively manage HSE performance and safety culture.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
