Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Coordinator for a mission-critical data centre environment. You will plan, schedule, and document preventive and corrective maintenance to meet CBRE standards and client requirements.

You will manage CMMS activities, coordinate with technicians and vendors, prepare look-ahead plans and KPI reports, and support audits and change control to sustain uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination.
• At least 3 years in a mission-critical environment, preferably data centre.
• Hands-on CMMS experience (Maximo, Corrigo, Planon, FSI or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance schedules within the CMMS.
• Create, review, and manage preventive, corrective, project, and statutory maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders to minimise risk.
• Prepare maintenance look-ahead plans, resource requirements, and spare parts forecasts.
• Maintain asset records, maintenance strategies, and task libraries within CMMS.
• Monitor backlogs, overdue work orders, and escalate as needed to ensure timely completion.
