Zusammenfassung

COSMAX is seeking an EXIM Staff in South Jakarta to drive export/import processes for cosmetics products. You will liaise with multinational brands, manage BPOM registrations, and prepare essential import documents. Based in onsite South Jakarta with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years in export/import, knowledge of BPOM rules, and strong English communication. Willingness to learn and work independently or in a team is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in apothecary, chemistry, pharmacist, management, or related field.
• 1–4 years experience in export/import for cosmetics/health supplements from other countries.
• Familiar with BPOM regulation for import products.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with multinational beauty brands.
• Register LS and SKI for cosmetics at E-BPOM.
• Register cosmetics products to BPOM.
• Manage documents for certifications (ISO 9001 or others) and SNI.
• Prepare and manage import documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL, CoA, MSS.
• Ensure input data product timeline per BPOM procedures.
• Coordinate with forwarder for shipments.
• Ensure goods delivery aligns with orders and timelines.
• Collaborate with related departments.
• Support marketing for export product dispatch.
