• Manage inbound relationships focusing on revenue growth, business development, and risk management.
• Coordinate customers' banking requirements and deliver comprehensive services.
• Develop new relationships with HSBC clients headquartered outside Indonesia and cross-border opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with overseas HSBC Global Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver banking solutions aligned with client needs using Global Payments, Global Trade Solutions, and Markets services.
• Support onboarding, risk controls, and regulatory compliance across portfolios.
