Job summary

HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking in Indonesia seeks a Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, focusing on revenue growth, risk control, and end-to-end banking solutions.

You will collaborate with Global Payments Solutions, Global Trade Solutions, and Markets teams to deliver cross-border financing and advisory, while building lasting client relationships and expanding HSBC's footprint in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Corporate banking experience in a front-line role.
• Experience with sales, commercial lending, credit structures.
• Proactive, customer-driven with strong sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and manage inbound relationships with multinational clients.
• Coordinate customers’ banking requirements in the Indonesia market.
• Develop cross-border opportunities with HSBC clients overseas.
• Maintain relationships with Global Relationship Managers, Regional Relationship Managers, and stakeholders.
• Deliver banking solutions through product partners (Global Payments Solutions, Global Trade Solutions, Markets).
• Implement Global Standards at all stages of onboarding and relationship management.
