You will define policies, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and drive end-to-end process automation with mobility tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobility, travel management, or global travel operations experience across multiple markets.
• Proven track record in RFPs, contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of regional visa regulations, work permit processes, and international travel insurance models.
• Experience managing corporate budgets, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliation.
• Hands-on with travel management platforms, ERP/ticketing systems, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, finance, IT, HR/People Ops, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional travel and mobility policies, procedures, and compliance across ID, SG, IN, CN.
• Lead vendor negotiation, performance management, renewals, and cost optimization with airlines, hotels, travel agents, insurers, and mobility partners.
• Direct annual mobility budget planning, variance reporting, spend analysis, and invoice reconciliations.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex business travel, visa/immigration requirements, and international travel insurance claims.
• Drive system enhancements and automation across mobility tools such as Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, and Coupa.
• Guide and oversee corporate childcare programs, parent talks, and vendor tenders.
