GoTo Group mencari Mobility Service Manager untuk memimpin manajemen mobilitas korporat, perjalanan bisnis, serta izin kerja di wilayah regional. Anda akan mengawasi kebijakan, vendor, anggaran, serta otomasi proses untuk pengalaman perjalanan karyawan yang mulus.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 5+ tahun dalam mobilitas perusahaan, kemampuan negosiasi kontrak, dan pemahaman penuh tentang regulasi visa serta asuransi perjalanan internasional.

Qualifications

• 5+ tahun pengalaman memimpin mobility korporat, manajemen perjalanan bisnis, atau operasional perjalanan global di beberapa negara.
• Pengalaman negosiasi vendor, manajemen kontrak, SLA, dan hubungan dengan maskapai, hotel, TMC.
• Pengetahuan imigrasi/regulasi visa kerja regional dan model asuransi perjalanan internasional.
• Pemahaman keuangan: anggaran korporat, analitik pengeluaran, rekonsiliasi faktur.
• Pengalaman kerja dengan platform manajemen perjalanan, ERP/tiket, dan otomasi alur kerja.
• Kemampuan komunikasi dengan eksekutif, keuangan, TI, HR, dan mitra eksternal.

Responsibilities

• Atur kebijakan perjalanan dan mobilitas regional sesuai wilayah ID, SG, IN, CN.
• Pimpin negosiasi vendor, kinerja, perpanjangan kontrak, dan optimasi biaya untuk airline, hotel, agen perjalanan, broker asuransi, dan mitra mobilitas.
• Pimpin perencanaan anggaran mobilitas tahunan, pelaporan variansi, analisis pengeluaran, rekonsiliasi faktur secara berkala.
• Jadi titik eskalasi utama untuk perjalanan bisnis, visa/immigasi, dan klaim asuransi perjalanan internasional.
• Dorong peningkatan sistem, UAT, dan otomasi alat mobilitas (Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, Coupa).
• Mengawasi program karyawan khusus seperti inisiatif penitihan anak, talks orang tua, dan tender vendor.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Mobility Service Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Mobility Service Manager to lead regional travel management, business visa and work permit operations, international travel insurance, and employee mobility programs across key markets (ID, SG, IN, CN). In this role, you will define and enforce travel governance, manage key vendor relationships, oversee annual budgets, and drive end-to-end process automation(). You will serve as the primary strategic and escalation point for mobility operations, ensuring operational compliance and seamless employee travel experiences

What You Will Do

• Governance & Policy Management: Oversee regional travel and mobility policies, procedures, and class/limit entitlements across ID, SG, IN, and CN while conducting regular deviation and compliance analyses
• Vendor & Contract Management: Lead vendor negotiation, performance management, strategic renewals, and cost optimization for airlines, hotels, travel agents, insurance brokers, and mobility partners, and must coordinate closely with procurement and FBP
• Budget & Financial Oversight: Direct annual mobility budget planning, variance reporting, spend analysis, and bi-weekly/monthly invoice reconciliations
• Operational Escalations: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex business travel, visa/immigration requirements, and international travel insurance claims
• Systems & Workflow Automation: Drive system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automation across key mobility tools (e.g., Helios, Trip.Biz, Lark, and Coupa)
• Program Supervision: Guide and oversee specialized employee programs, including corporate childcare initiatives, parent talks, and vendor tenders.

What You Will Need

• Mobility & Travel Experience: 5+ years of experience leading corporate mobility, business travel management, or global travel operations across multi-country regions
• Vendor & Contract Negotiation: Proven track record in RFP management, contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and vendor relationship management with airlines, hotels, and TMCs
• Immigration & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional business visa regulations, work permit embassy processes, and international travel insurance models
• Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing corporate budgets, spend analytics, and invoice reconciliation processes
• Systems & Process Optimization: Hands-on experience working with travel management platforms, enterprise ERP/ticketing systems, and workflow automation tools
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to align with executive leaders, finance, IT, HR/People Ops, and external partners.

The Mobility Services Team is responsible for delivering seamless, safe, and efficient corporate travel, visa, insurance, and mobility solutions across our international hubs (ID, SG, IN, CN).
