GoTo Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Manager to lead global HR policy and Indonesian labor-law compliant practices. This role partners with HR and business leaders to manage labor-related risks and ensure consistent people practices across regions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial relations or global HR policy, with deep Indonesian regulatory expertise, and strong cross-regional collaboration skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial relations or global HR policy with Indonesian labor law expertise.
• Knowledge of international regulations (Singapore, India, China) and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Proven conflict resolution experience in Indonesia.
• Strong English communication and cross-regional collaboration.

• Develop and implement global HR policies with compliance to Indonesian and international labor laws.
• Manage employee relations including dispute resolution focused on Indonesia.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategies for international and Indonesian contexts.
• Monitor labor trends to proactively update policies across regions.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across international regions and Indonesia.
• Facilitate training on labor policies with emphasis on Indonesian regulations.
• Oversee grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment across global and Indonesian operations.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial relations or global HR policy, with specific expertise in Indonesian labor laws.
• Preferable In-depth knowledge of international (Singapore, India, China) and must in depth in Indonesian labor regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in conflict resolution, particularly in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-regional collaboration (english communication)
• Ability to translate complex global and Indonesian regulations into actionable policies.
• Experience in a global corporate environment with a focus on Indonesian operations..

The team is part of the People & Culture function, partnering closely with People Business Partners, Legal, and business leaders on employee relations, labor matters, and HR policy. The team works across functions and regions, balancing local regulatory requirements with consistent people practices. This is a collaborative and advisory team that handles both day-to-day employee relations matters and longer-term policy development.
