You will provide accurate product information, address concerns, and offer personalized recommendations while maintaining strong product knowledge. The role requires English fluency, excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask across rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1+).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to rotate shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with helpdesk tools and CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our product, addressing customer concerns, questions and feedback.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
