Job summary

PT. DYNA SOUL SOLUTION is seeking a proactive KOL Specialist to source and coordinate with global creators for diverse campaigns. You will negotiate, schedule deliverables, and maintain a robust KOL database to support multiple campaigns from Bali onsite.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in influencer marketing, strong communication, and fluency in English to work with international clients and creators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in KOL/Influencer Marketing or related field.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
• Good English for working with global KOLs and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable KOLs and creators globally based on client briefs.
• Research KOL profiles, audience, engagement, and rates for campaigns.
• Handle communication and follow-ups with KOLs, managers, and agencies.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain a global KOL/creator database for future campaigns.
• Coordinate with PM, Creative, Client, and internal teams on campaign needs.
• Monitor progress, schedules, deliverables, and revisions.
• Prepare reports on KOL sourcing, outreach, and progress.
• Stay updated on trends and new creators in markets.
