Job summary

Datacenter People is partnering with a global leader in power infrastructure for data centers and other mission-critical environments. This role owns and grows strategic relationships with global hyperscalers, develops global account plans, and leads commercial negotiations to align with customer and company objectives.

You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to deliver tailored solutions, monitor market trends, and ensure consistent global service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred), Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in key account management, preferably in the electrical or data center industry.
• Proven ability to manage global accounts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Travel up to 40% with willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Deep understanding of busway systems and data center infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships and revenue with global hyperscalers.
• Develop and implement global account plans aligned with customer and company objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract development, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent global service delivery and support across regions.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and innovation.
• Assist with cross-selling other Legrand data center products into the assigned account(s).
