Job summary

DayOne, a global leader in hyperscale data centers, seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships and ensure delivery of contracted services. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, manage SLAs, monitor performance, and drive ongoing satisfaction while guiding data-center projects from planning to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data centers, MEP consultancy, construction, or IT.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with clear communication.
• Proficient English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers and align service touchpoints.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of contracted services within SLAs and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with sales, design, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ITIL-based processes.
• Foster long-term relationships and advocate for customer success.
