Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Export Import Planning Assistant Manager to lead and coordinate international shipment planning, ensuring timely product availability and regulatory compliance. You will oversee end-to-end import/export activities, maintain accurate documents, and optimize landed costs through collaboration with freight providers and internal teams.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Import-Export operations, export planning, or related supply chain roles.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage import and export shipment plans based on business requirements and inventory targets.
Monitor forecasts to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to align shipment schedules.
Track shipment status and resolve delays or disruptions.
