Job summary

PepsiCo Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supply Planning professional to manage end-to-end inventory and production planning for finished goods. The role emphasizes robust and disciplined planning, ensuring availability while optimizing stock levels and working capital.

You will lead constraint-based MPS and PPDS, balance production priorities with service targets, and collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and agro planning teams to improve schedule adherence and planning performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, IE, OM, or engineering.
• 3–5 years in supply planning, production planning, material planning or SCM operations.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finished goods inventory planning to meet stock targets.
• Develop constrained MPS aligned with demand and capacity.
• Develop constrained PPDS aligned with materials and capacity.
• Balance production priorities with service levels.
• Assess capacity vs demand and address gaps.
• Monitor plan execution and adjust schedules.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and planning teams to improve adherence.
